BUSINESS CONTEXT

A fresh start for an evolving shopping experience.

When IT Paradise took over the application project, the next stage called for a fresh approach. We redesigned and redeveloped a new app rather than continuing with the inherited codebase. The aim was to create a clearer shopper experience and a more scalable application structure for future enhancements.

DELIVERY FOCUS

IT Paradise redesigned and redeveloped a new application, establishing a more scalable structure and a clearer UI/UX. Subsequent enhancements connected store discovery, in-mall navigation, parked-car finding, ONECARD loyalty, e-vouchers and access to the One Shop e-commerce platform.

THE DELIVERED SOLUTION

Connect the useful moments of a mall visit.

From 2015, IT Paradise developed and enhanced the application across multiple versions and releases. Shoppers could discover stores and use in-mall navigation through an integrated navigation solution. A parking finder let them record where they had parked and navigate back using the in-app navigator. Digital ONECARD membership, loyalty and e-vouchers complemented the physical visit, while a webview connected the app to the One Shop e-commerce platform.
