Domain availability is checked again before registration; an enquiry or quotation does not reserve a name.

No. Our team checks the requested name and confirms availability and pricing. Availability may change before registration is completed.
Can DNS hosting be separate from my domain registration?
Yes. We can assess DNS hosting while your domain remains with its current registration provider. Nameserver access and the existing setup need to be reviewed.
Will the domain be registered in our company’s name?
We arrange registration using the appropriate customer registrant details, subject to the selected domain extension and provider requirements. IT Paradise’s management responsibilities are agreed separately.
Where do existing customers request DNS changes?
Use the client support portal so the request, authorisation and completed changes have a shared record. Coverage and charges follow your agreed support scope.
Do you offer instant online registration?
This is a managed enquiry service. Our team reviews and processes requests after confirming the quotation and required steps; this website does not register domains automatically.
How does an engagement start?
We discuss your goals and current environment, clarify the requirements and propose an appropriate scope. A discovery or assessment stage may be recommended before detailed implementation.
Is ongoing support available?
Support and maintenance can be scoped separately. Coverage, service hours, response targets and included work are defined in the relevant agreement.
